At Caienne, we want your Garmin cycling products to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Handling Time
Once your order is placed, we process and prepare it for dispatch within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6–10 business days.
Please note that handling and delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or UK public holidays. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays or severe weather.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's progress to your door.
