We sell Garmin cycling products, including but not limited to bike computers, sensors, and related cycling accessories. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance and are sourced to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that all details are error-free.

All Garmin products sold are genuine. Any manufacturer's warranty is provided by Garmin in accordance with its own terms, in addition to your statutory rights.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your basket. We will send an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Caienne is only formed once we dispatch the item(s) to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your full card details.

Handling time: 1–2 business days
Delivery time: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
